I don't understand this enquiry package system.
You basically pay for your enquiries up front. The more that you buy, the cheaper it becomes. If you want to test the water, opt for the £30.00 package. However, the very best value package is the £195.00 one. An enquiry credit is only deducted when an email enquiry is sent through to you from a prospective renter.

Why can't I pay for enquiries as I go?
If you were to pay for enquiries as you receive them we would not be able to bring our partners on board. We are not simply another free site that doesn’t produce enquiries. The whole idea of this system is to bring you the bookings you want for your holiday home.

Will I need to pay for enquiries that are scams?
No you won’t. If you get an enquiry that you genuinely believe to be fake, all you have to do is let us know. We will do all the investigations for you and refund the credit if we find that the email enquiry is not genuine.

Will I need to pay for enquiries where I already have a booking?
Yes. We believe that an enquiry from a genuine person looking to rent your property is still a lead. They could perhaps be flexible on their dates or you could choose to market them yourselves in the future, which could result in a booking. This is why it is always a good idea to have your availability calendar bang up to date. For more information on this, click on ‘how to deal with enquiries effectively’ at the bottom of this page.

Why are you changing from an annual subscription?
Because basically it is an archaic way of charging you and goes way back to when you had to pay for printing and publishing of a magazine. To put your property on a website is basically free. An annual subscription doesn't give you any guarantees on enquiries. On our system, if you don’t get any enquiries you haven't used any of your enquiry credits.

Why not charge a commission?
By doing it this way we can advertise your property as being the best value for money on the internet. This is what our partners want for their customers. We also firmly believe that your potential customers should be able to speak to you directly to find out all the information they need before making a decision.

Is it right that it is £15.00 per enquiry?
£15.00 is the very most that you can pay for an enquiry. We have enquiry packages to suit everybody’s needs. Our best value package works out at just £4 per enquiry.

I have already paid for a subscription with Perfect Getaways – will I get that back?
For every full month left of your subscription, we will give you 2 enquiry credits and for every part month, we will give you 1 enquiry credit. If you want to stay as you are then we will be happy to speak to you about that. Please contact us, if you need more information.
