They're 2 bedrooms in this property,both with double beds.The sitting room has sofa pull out double bed ,sleeps 9 to 12 people.It has a television with a selection of channels and a dining table.The toilet is separate to the shower room.There is bunk beds in the garage area with 3 air beds and extra fridges for cooling drinks if there is a large family sharing.It also has washing machine and dishwasher.The property is very private and spacious.The pool area is an absolute sun trap,also included in this property are 2 barbeques and a large selection of sun loungers , 2 swinging hammocks and drinks trolley.There is a large selection of fabulous restaurants nearby,also the beach is 3km away with a huge stretch of fantastic coastline.With it's great location only 20 mins drive from the tourist attraction Les Sables-d'Olonne, and 1 hours drive from the historic city of La Rochelle.The Indian forest is 15 minutes drive,its a fantastic activity centre for kids and adults,in a wooded area.The Indian Forest has a selection of outdoor activities including paintball area.Also there is river boats for hire 5 minutes drive from house.

Places to visit:Jard-sur-Mer, La Tranche sur mer.

Roscoff port is 4 hours 25 minutes drive and Cherbourg port is 4 hours 40 minutes.

Horse Riding is 20 minutes drive(D949)Between Talmont-st-hilaire and les Sables-D'olonne.They're is also a Zoo 10 minutes drive,from horse riding centre.
