What can you expect when you visit “Turtle Lake” Our family home is situated in a quiet residential and pleasant community, located just 20 minutes from the beaches of Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key. Sarasota and the bay area are 15 minutes away, while supermarkets, restaurants and shopping opportunities are as little as 10 minutes away by car.
The lake, facing south is a haven for many different birds and wild life, including of course turtles; all this can be seen from the screened pool and deck area. The lanai, a covered area adjoining the house is fully equipped for outdoor dining, whether breakfast in the sun or dinner in the warmth of the evening. The deck furniture allows you to take full advantage of Florida’s wonderful weather, to relax, or dry off after a dip in the pool.

The elegantly furnished family room has large comfortable leather suite, ceiling fan and soft lighting. Large patio window to the pool deck. Entertainment centre includes cable television, DVD/CD selection for guests use.
The dining room located adjacent to the reception area is ideal for formal family entertaining, leading into an open plan sitting area with patio door to pool deck. Breakfast nook for casual dining, also has patio door leading to lanai and pool deck. Spacious open-plan fully equipped kitchen. Appliances include microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with automatic icemaker.
Free telephone calls within the USA and Canada, High Speed Wi-Fi Internet. For other world wide locations phone cards can be purchase from all super markets and chemists.
A separate utility room has full size washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, access to a double garage, with selection of beach chairs, parasols etc.
Master suite with superb view of lake, patio door to lanai and pool deck. King size bed, television, ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe/closet, luxury en-suite bathroom with twin vanity units, separate bath and walk in shower, separate WC.
Second bedroom with Queen size bed. Third bedroom has twin beds, both have ceiling fans and large capacity closets. These two bedrooms share access to a family bathroom, with full size bath with shower over, vanity unit and WC. Fourth bedroom has twin beds, ceiling fan, large capacity closet and views over the lake, direct access to a Cabana bathroom, over bath shower, WC, vanity unit and door to pool deck.
All bed linen and towels provided, including towels for pool side.
Comprehensive house clean before and after rental, additional cleaning by arrangement, rates on request.
