From the moment you enter the Bravo Hills community you will feel at home. This well-established and friendly community offers an idyllic haven of rest and relaxation.

Situated on the Quesada urbanization Bravo Hills is well placed for a wide variety of exciting activities. From golfing on the two top quality golf courses both within easy striking distance to water parks, horse riding, water sports and much much more.

Only fifteen minutes down the coast you will find the award-winning Guardamar beach. With its endless white sands and beachside amenities there is something for all the family.

Close by is the traditional Spanish town of Torrevieja. The town has a great deal to offer including a large port, extensive shopping and street markets as well as a large selection of bars and restaurants offering good value as well as excellent cuisine.

Roughly 20 years old, it is one of the more mature areas in Quesada and as such it is rather less crowded and offers larger rooms than some of the more recent developments.

On the ground floor there is a large airconditioned living/dining area. Patio doors lead to a covered porch and private gardens beyond and a second porch is located to the front – both are ideal for sitting out in the evening, or during the day, affording relaxing shade from the midday sun. The kitchen, which was completely remodelled in 2008, is separated from the living area by means of an arch and breakfast bar. A small utility room houses a washing machine and a small bathroom completes the ground floor.

The first floor landing leads to the large airconditioned master bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobes. To the rear is the second twin bedroom, also airconditioned and having its own small balcony overlooking the large water feature than runs through the middle of the planting below. Between the two bedrooms is the main bathroom.

Another large patio door leads from the master bedroom to an extensive glazed balcony and from there another flight of stairs leads up to a magnificent rooftop sun patio, offering the perfect combination of privacy and stunning views. Here you can sunbathe at any time of day, relax with a glass of wine in the quiet of evening or perhaps enjoy a barbecue.

For 2010 the rooftop terrace has been re-tiled for a clean, new look. The new blue and white patterned tiles makes the roof space look cleaner, and a non-slip surface on the tiles make them safer.

Bravo Hills is a gated community offering you that extra bit of security. Within the complex you will find beautiful planting and manicured trees. At one end a large water feature means you're always in the gentle sound of running water, while at the other end you have the pools. Surrounded by grassed areas and seating there is a large adult pool. It is divided in two by a bridge that you can walk over or swim under. Just next to the adult pool is a paddling pool for the children. The pool is undoubtedly one of the best in Quesada.

Quesada Area Information

The surrounding area offers something for everyone - from unspoilt countryside and stunning views to historic cities with Moorish roots to fine sandy beaches. From traditional to modern and cosmopolitan - it's all here.

There's plenty of excellent shopping around - from local streetmarkets to traditional little shops to modern shopping centres to hypermarkets. Expect to pay a lot less than in the UK for things like leather goods, shoes, wines and spirits and more besides. Although many of the modern shopping centre developments will stay open all day, expect the more traditional shops in the towns and cities to close for the siesta around 1 or 2 pm and re-open again around 5 or 6pm until around 9pm.

Torrevieja is the nearest large town and it's about 15 mins away by car. As you come in to Torrevieja on the Carretera de Crevillente you will pass some larger supermarkets such as Mercadona and Carrefour (the largest of them all) where you will find an extensive range of goods from groceries to electricals. Next to Carrefour is the new Habaneras shopping centre where you will find modern shops with all the latest fashions. Around Habaneras are a number of restaurants and a casino. Continue in to the town centre to explore this traditional Spanish town and port. There are a number of car parks along the front. Along the seafront there are many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants and most days there is a streetmarket. Turn in to the maze of smaller streets to find all kinds of sights and sounds waiting for you including lots more little shops and some excellent restaurants. The town also has many other facilities including an aquapark, a large children's play area and much more. Salt plays a large part in the town's heritage and salt production continues to be a major activity to the present day.

Just up the coast towards Alicante on the main N332 road lies Guardamar. It has a fantastic Blue Flag beach with a long expanse of almost white sand. There are numerous climbing frames and so on for children to enjoy, and during the summer numerous cafes and restaurants open right next to the beach. To the north, the pines that were planted to halt erosion by the sands create a striking landscape. Today the area is a 840 hectare Forest Park called the 'Dunas de Guardamar', and has been declared an Area of Natural Interest.

Elche is the third largest city in Valencia with a long history dating back to the 8th Century. It is probably best known for its palm grove - the largest in the world with over 200,000 palm trees designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2000. For a bird's eye view you can climb up the belltower of the impressive catherdral and look out over the entire city. A new museum charting the history of the area is well worth visiting.

There's one major golf course - the Marquesa - right in Quesada just a few minutes away - you can see part of the green from the roof terrace. It is open all year, you can take classes and they have facilities to hire clubs and so on. Another, perhaps more renowned, is in Villamartin which is about 20-30 mins away, south of Torrevieja.
