Holiday Home Description
The apartment has air conditioning and consists of 2 double bedrooms (one twin room), a family bathroom, an open plan kitchen (with breakfast bar) and spacious lounge area with a bed settee that can sleep up to 2 extra persons. The large balcony enjoys pool and garden views and has access to a roof top terrace which boasts fantastic sea, desert and mountain views.
You will also have the use of an Egyptian mobile phone whilst renting the apartment (for calls within Egypt only).
Kitchen And Lounge Area
The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with all utensils - fridge freezer, electric hob etc and has a granite breakfast bar which leads into the lounge area, designed to give maximum light and space. There is a 3 seater sofa, single chair, coffee table, TV (limited English channels), ipod/MP3 speaker and DVD player (which also plays music through the TV). The lounge has patio doors, leading out onto the apartment's balcony which has pool and garden views. Sliding fly screens are installed on all windows and patio doors, which can be left open to let in the cooling breeze. The lounge/kitchen area also benefits from an air-conditioning unit.
Bedrooms And Bathroom
Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes, additional ceiling and portable fans and a set of drawers. The master bedroom also leads out onto the balcony where you can relax in the morning or afternoon sun. The family bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, cupboard and mirror.
Balcony
The large balcony has a sun lounger, wicker furniture and coffee table with chairs, providing a lovely and peaceful view of the main pool and gardens.
On Arrival At The Complex
The complex is self contained. There is security on the gate - only guests are able to access the complex, including the swimming pool and garden areas. On arrival you will go to the onsite office to collect your keys. You will then be taken to the apartment by a member of staff.
The apartment is on the top floor (only 3 storeys high), accessed by a flight of stairs. The apartment benefits from the sun all day. You have a choice of relaxing on the private balcony or you could always use the communal sun lounge area by the pool or on top of the apartment itself - the choice is yours!

Sharm el Sheikh Area Information
The area is well known as a world class diving location with many water-based activities, such as snorkelling, scuba diving, kite-surfing etc and has many superb beaches as well as plenty of other land-based activities and excursions to keep you entertained.
Nabq Bay is a quiet resort area near Sharm el Sheikh which makes an excellent location for families and those looking for relaxation from busy UK lives. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants providing a wide range of places to eat and drink.
Soho Square is a newly opened shopping mall with many designer boutiques plus an ice skating rink, bowling alley and nightclub. This is a great place to eat at night whilst watching the fantastic light and sound show with water fountains set to music.
Naama Bay is just 15 minutes away and has an excellent nightlife, especially for those who like clubbing or just want to watch the world go by from one of the many local bars. At the famous Pacha Club, Ministry of Sound guest DJ's regularly fly in from Ibiza. Also in Naama Bay you will find Hard Rock Cafe and TGI Fridays as well as all the usual UK fast food restaurants, and caters for just about every food taste imaginable - from Chinese, Thai, Egyptian, Indian etc.
For sports enthusiasts there are a huge range of watersports available both 'on the water' and 'under the water'. The area is a well known world-class diving location and tuition is available at PADI accredited dive centres in Sharm. For those of you who prefer dry land, desert quad biking, camel riding, trekking through the Sinai desert, golf, tennis, even paint balling are just some of the many activities on offer here - you'll never be bored! Most of these activities, and many more besides, can be arranged via the onsite office or can be arranged before departing the UK.
Aqua Parks
There are 2 large water parks, one of which can be found in Naama Bay (Cleo Park) and the other in Hadaba. Many of the nearby hotels have water slide complexes which you are welcome to use for a small daily fee. The nearest aqua park is The Sunrise Tirana Aqua Park Resort, which is right next door to our complex. Although much smaller than the one in Naama Bay, it will certainly keep younger children entertained!
Beaches
For those seeking a more restful holiday, you can simply relax around the pool area or choose from one of the many excellent beaches close by. For example the 5* Regency Plaza beach is perfect as it gently slopes for over 100 metres before you even get waist deep in water.
Shark's Bay is another favourite and is just a 10 minute drive away. Another, El Fanar, is set in a stunning location where the sunbeds are set on cliff terraces down to the sea. Both beaches have some of the best snorkelling in the Red Sea - seeing really is believing!!
