This 5 bedroom villa features a large living and dining area, kitchen, single and double bedroom and bathroom and cloakroom on the ground floor. First floor is Master bedroom with en-suite, and balcony, 2 further double bedrooms, TV/Family room with balcony overlooking the lagoon and family bathroom. Third floor features a terrace with private bar. Outside is patio areas with dining and private pool. Pathway from garden leads to long sandy beach. Serviced for stays over 6 days. This villa is for families only.

All apartments and villas are fully equipped including linens and towels; chilled spring water and a small welcome pack supplied.

Within walking distance of hotels and restaurants, golf course and shopping centre.

Al Hamra Mall has supermarket which stocks what you buy at home, plus food court where you can stop for a low cost lunch or call for delivery to your villa.

Children are welcome in most bars and restaurants but babysitting can occasionally be arranged if required.

Security deposit of AED 10,000 to be paid on arrival and returned on vacating.

Or Passport kept in file and returned on vacating.

Please note that this is a formality to ensure keys are returned and property left in good condition.
