The ceiling-to-floor windows and Juliet balcony provide views of the city over Adderley Street, it has a fully-fitted self catering kitchen with state of the art appliances including dishwasher and washing machine , also a safe is fitted . The lounge and dining area each offer seating for four people. The apartment has central air-conditioning/heating . Centrally located in the city centre it is close to all amenities.

The apartment is close to the V&A Waterfront, Long and Kloof street restaurants, parliament, museums and the company gardens. It is a stones throw away from the Cape Town International Convention Centre.

The apartment is fully furnished, including DSTV and internet availability. Serviced once a week, the building has 24 hour security / concierge at the front desk as well as in the building; a secure parking bay in the basement of the building, a swimming pool and a gym. The apartment is suited for business travellers and holiday makers alike. Available for holiday rental / short to medium term let.
