519 Grand Reserve Drive
519 is a Large 2900sq ft villa with 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa on the Grand Reserve sub division. The villa has all that you could want for the most enjoyable vacation in Florida, the furnishings are all of the highest standards as are the finishing touches.
519 is fully air conditioned throughout for your comfort.
The villa is on Grand Reserve a gated estate and is very quiet and peaceful IDEAL if you just want to relax and enjoy peace and quiet (especially after hectic days at the PARKS) or dare I say shopping malls.
519 Grand Reserve Drive is set on a 1/3 acre plot and unlike many of the other villas the pool is NOT so CLOSE that you can shake hands with your next door neighbours.
The villas larger oversize pool is 32x16 ft and up to 7ft deep and only 3 ft deep at the shallow end. The patio has a table and 4 chairs as well as 4 recliner chairs with foot stools to enjoy the sunshine around the pool.
The villa offers FREE local and international phone calls and has high speed broadband Wi Fi (if taking your own computer, no computer is provided).
All bedrooms have televisions
The villa is equipped with a hair dryer in each bathroom (3) in total
There is also a BBQ for your use outside of the pool area.

Where are the nearest shops?
About 1 mile from the villa, on SR545, there is a small mall containing a large Publix supermarket,CVS pharmacy, Subway sandwiches, Papa Johns Pizza, a number of Chinese takeaways, a bank, hairdressers, beauty salon, Dunkin Donuts and lots more. The nearest Wal-Mart is north or south on US27 about 7 miles from the villa.
Is your house easy to find?
Yes, very easy - you will find a map and precise directions here. Additionally, we send out detailed arrival instructions 1 week before you arrive.
How far is it from the airport?
Orlando International Airport is about 30 minutes from the villa. Sanford Airport is approximately 50 minutes away.
Where are the 3 bathrooms?
The villa is ideal for one or two families. As you will see from the photographs, both the master bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The double bedroom and the two twin bedrooms share the 3rd bathroom which opens directly onto the large pool deck.
Is it near Disney?
You are literally a few miles from Disney. Disney is best accessed from the I4. This avoids the morning ‘Disney rush hour’ on the 192. It will take you 15 minutes maximum from leaving the villa to get to the Magic Kingdom car park (in normal traffic). That’s how close you are!
What if we break something in the villa?
We take a security bond of £200 or the waiver fee from villarenters to protect us against loss or damage. Obviously accidents do happen and you will not be liable for minor damage (e.g. broken plate, glasses etc) but we have to protect ourselves from substantial damages and the costs incurred.
Can I bring my pets?
Sorry, no pets are allowed in the villa.
519 Master Suites
The villa has two master suites with King size beds, lots of storage space and TV/DVD player.
King Master suite 1 on the upper floor has a large bathroom with bath and shower over, double vanity unit, W.C and hairdryer.
King Master Suite 2 on the ground level has large bathroom with separate ‘Roman’ bath tub and a walk in shower, twin vanity unit and a hair dryer.
You can access the pool area from the patio doors from this master suite.

Besides the eateries which are too many to mention the evenings can be spent combining a show and meal. Listed below are most of the major Dinner Shows:

With the day passes for the attractions if the day gets too much, go back to our home have a dip in the pool and in the evening go back for part two.
There's also the famous Church Street Station a 30 min drive. This is a great place night or day but it has that something special in the evening. If you do make it there and you haven't got a weak heart you must look out for the attraction called Terror on Church Street, it's SCARY but Pure Brilliance.
Back on the 192 there's an area known as Old Town, from the road you'll see the Ferris Wheel and the Bungee Jump. Saturday evening generally has a vintage car parade, and you'll welcome a stroll down the avenue after a long American style meal.
There are many more evening attractions such as Mini Golf or Go Karting all you have to do is head off to the 192 and cruise. That is if you aren't total whacked after spending your days sight seeing at DISNEY; EPCOT; SEAWORLD; MGM; UNIVERSAL; or a bit further a field at BUSCH GARDENS; CYPRESS GARDENS. There are of course all the water parks WET'N WILD; WATER MANIA, and so on where you can splash all day or go on their famous waterslides.
The other thing Florida is known for are the shopping bargains. From Flea Markets to Malls, all a great experience especially if your motto's "SHOP TILL YOU DROP". The best one's are the Florida Mall, Orlando Fashion Mall, Osceola Square (just for Ross's Dress for less), Belz Factory Outlet, Colonial Plaza and Church Street.
Away from all the fast pace and only a few minutes from Sunridge Woods you can try you hand at horse riding at the local stables or have a walk in the nature reserve where you can see alligators, turtles, snakes and a large variety of birds. There is also Green Meadow Farm where children can help out with the farm animals, even milking the cows.
You'll also find excellent sporting activities close by, there's golf; fishing; boating; or how about greyhound racing, or even hot air ballooning, even jet flying.
Everything is so handy for you and if you've had enough of traveling around you'll find that the location of our home means you can have peace and tranquility lying by the pool knowing you have total privacy.

DRIVING IN FLORIDA
A car is essential to enjoy the sights and attractions of Florida
SOME HELPFUL HINTS
1 Always carry your driving license and rental agreements with you.
2 As in the UK you must wear your seat belt at all times.
3 The speed limit is generally 55mph although in non-urban areas it goes up to 65mph watch all signs carefully for increase or decrease in the limit.
4 If a school bus stops to let children off you are not allowed to overtake it.
5 You may turn right on a red traffic light after coming to a stop to make sure the way is clear, unless signs indicate otherwise.
6 In the event of an accident, you must report it to the police immediately and also to your hire company.
7 On most express routes you will come across toll booths, so it is a good idea to keep a couple of dollars in change, although change can be given.
8 Most petrol stations are self service, and you have to flick up of the lever on the pump before delivery. There is a petrol station just before Sunridge Woods Estate
9 If you get caught in the rain, it is law that you must have your lights on and your windscreen wipers on.
10 Cars overtake you on either the inside or outside lanes so watch your mirrors.
CLIMATE
There are four quite distinct seasons in Florida, and it helps to know what weather to expect and the ideal wardrobe to have. Everything is informal (I met my attorney wearing shorts, him not me).
SPRING (MARCH-MAY)
High temperatures in the upper 80's F, cooler evenings with possible lows of 50'sF. Plenty of sunshine, but spring showers happen. Swimsuits, shorts and light clothing for daytime, and slacks and light sweaters for cooler evenings.
SUMMER (JUNE-SEPTEMBER)
Daily 90's F with strong sunshine, average evenings of 70F. Afternoons sometimes see short burst of rain. Visit attractions early, take a break then return to enjoy extended summer hours and night time activities. Swimsuits, shorts, light clothing, comfortable shoes. SUN PROTECTION IS A MUST.
AUTUMN (OCTOBER-MID DECEMBER)
Ideal weather with high 80's F, lows around 60 F. Plenty of sunshine with afternoon thunderstorms. Swimwear, light clothing and light jacket for the evening.
WINTER (MID DECEMBER-FEBRUARY)
Cooler temperatures, especially January 60-70 F average, lows can drop into the 40's F. A mixture of clothing the suit the days weather, but a jacket or jumper for the evening.
