This large villa is on three floors, first floor has 2 large living areas, a dining area, large fully equipped kitchen and cloakroom. Second floor with three en-suite bedrooms, the master bedroom having panoramic views over the golf course and lagoon. All bedrooms have a balcony. Third floor is a large living area with sofa bed and en-suite shower room and a Large balcony overlooking golf course and infinity pool. Garden has gas barbecue and dining for 8.

All apartments and villas are fully equipped including linens and towels; and a small welcome pack supplied.

A few minutes walk leads you to the 18 hole floodlit golf course and Hotel, the shopping Centre just a few minutes more.

Al Hamra Mall has supermarket which stocks what you buy at home, plus food court where you can stop for a low cost lunch or call for delivery to your apartment.

Children are welcome in most bars and restaurants but babysitting can occasionally be arranged if required.

Security deposit of AED 10,000 to be paid on arrival and returned on vacating.

Or Passport kept in file and returned on vacating.

Please note that this is a formality to ensure keys are returned and property left in good condition.
