We look forward to helping you enjoy a wonderful holiday in this ancient city full of history, mystery and intrigue. Our apartments have lots of design details both inside and out. Overlooking the swimming pool set in beautiful landscaped gardens with a large balcony with amazing views and our own private Nile promenade. Egyptian Experience staff are very professional and will help make your holiday a success. This is a private resort for the overseas holiday maker and investor. Extremely well cared for with 24 hour security. This is an award winning resort and featured in Homes Overseas, Sunday Times, Saturday Express and A Place in the Sun.

Notes on prices

We charge £250 UK pounds per week with a minimum charge of £110.

Changeover day

We are flexible on change over days. The on site admin office is open from 10am to 1pm and 3pm to 6.30pm. We offer airport collection but if you do not use this service and you arrive outside the office hours then 60Le is payable.

Accommodation

Bedrooms: Double bedroom with double bed and en-suite and patio doors onto a large balcony.

Double bedroom with 2 single beds.

Double bed settee in lounge.

Bathrooms: Main bathroom off hall with toilet, sink, bath with overhead shower

En-suite with shower, toilet and sink.

Kitchen: Hob unit, large fridge freezer, breakfast bar, crockery, cutlery, glasses, saucepans, frying pan, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Living Rooms: Large spacious living room open plan with TV, satellite, bed settee, chair,coffee table. Air conditioner. Ceramic tiles throughout. Windows and patio doors onto large balcony.

Other: Very large balcony with truly amazing views.

Cleaning/towels/

linen/maid service: Fresh sheets and towels are supplied on arrival. There is a laundry take away service on site. Full housekeeping services are available or you may opt for part service such as floors washed, bathrooms cleaned, beds made up.

Outside

Large swimming pool with toddler area. Sun loungers and table and chairs around the swimming pool area and on our private promenade. BBQ available on the promenade. Tables and chairs on balconies.

Booking notes

£250 per week including utilities. Non refundable deposit of £50 (per week) to secure the booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. Later bookings are to be paid in full. A £100 fully returnable deposit is required on arrival, this will be returned unless there is damage to the apartment. We won't charge you if you break a glass, plate etc we understand that these accidents happen.

Only 15 minutes from the International airport which now has Easyjet flying in twice a week. Only 15 minutes from the ancient monuments of the Pharonic Valley of the Kings and Queens and the Temples of Karnak and Luxor. Only 15 minutes from a top golf course. 10 minutes from shops and restaurnts. Luxor has been a tourist resort for over 100 years. Our resort is well designed with lots of features and has 24 hour security. You can catch trains to Aswan, Cairo and Alexandria

Travel

15 minutes from the Luxor International airport where flight from the UK and Europe fly to taking from 3.5 hours to5 hours. Easyjet are now flying to Luxor from Gatwich twice a week.

Distances

10 minutes by car to all major sites, restaurants and shops. There is a wide range of restaurants available offering excellent food both in quality and choice.
