Property is ideal for people of all ages ideal for children as property has lockable gates and private road. Also available as long term let. There is ramp access to the grounds of the bungalow, but there is a small step around 4 inches up into the property itself.

Internet access through wifi or Ethernet cable (guests must supply cable). The charges are 15 Euros for 1 week, 20 Euros for 2 weeks or 30 Euros for 1 month.Wheelchair access into garden area by ramp. A small step of around 4 inches into property. No steps inside bungalow or onto patio area, 1 level all through bungalow.

Front Patio area with table and 4 chairs that turn into recliner sun loungers, also 4 flat bed sun loungers, side patio area for breakfast with a table and 4 chairs overlooking the small garden. Communal heated pool privately owned by residents. Approx 30ft x 15ft. Shallow end around 3ft deep.Nearest beach with restaurants is 15-20 minutes walk or less than 5 minutes by car

Bedroom 1 with a double bed, travel cot, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and safe.

Bedroom 2 with 1 single bed, and a bunk bed which can be turned into a double bed (see pictures) fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan.Bath and shower with WC and Bidet also hair drier.Fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher.

Utility Room: Washing machine iron and ironing board.

Living Rooms: Internet access through cable or Wifi, 4 seater sofa (double sofa bed) and 1 chair, TV BBC1, 2 ITV CH4 CH5 film 4 and RTE, stereo, DVD player, dining table and 4 chairs.

Other: There are smoke detectors in the property, also the hot water boiler is electric (which does not produce Carbon monoxide).

There is 1 set of golf clubs for guests, which are free to use.

Caleta de Fuste Area Information

The bungalow is situated on Fuerteventura Golf Resort which held Spanish Open in 2004. The course itself is a par 70, measuring 6080 meters from the men's championship tees. Both holes 9 and 18 finish at the clubhouse, enabling you to play a loop of 9 holes or a full 18. There are three large lakes connected by a stream, all of which come into play. It is relatively flat with only a couple of holes having mild inclines and is in a condition you would expect of a Championship Course. Buggy paths connect all holes with buggies available for hire from the clubhouse. There is a set of golf clubs, which are free for guests to use.

The nearest town is Caleta de Fuste which is around 20-25 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car.

Further details

The local shopping centre is around 10 minutes walk which has a bank, supermarket, bowling alley and a number of clothes shops. Flights can be arranged, prices start from around £90 per person.
