Holiday Home Description
C'an Pedro, near to the beautiful little town of Capdepera is our family holiday home that we let out when we are not using it. It is a large 5 bedroomed private villa with tiered terraces surounding the villa and pool.
There is a vaulted tower room and a separate one bedroom apartment below villa which is also available for rental.
There is a beautifully shaded tree area at the rear of the villa for those hot sunny days and a BBQ area for the alfresco dining!
The fabulous sandy beach is just a 5 minute walk away. If you want to stay a little closer to home, you can enjoy our large private swimming pool which measures 4.5m by 9m. There is also a seperate paddling pool for the younger children.
The villa has been beautifully furnished in Mallorcan sytle throughout and there is a fully equipped large kitchen and breakfast room.
The views from the tower terrace are trully spectacular.
You will be well looked after by our local English representatives (Jenny and Derek).
