Holiday Home Description
The house is built from local sourced wood upstairs with high ceilings so the rooms stay cool. All red cedar louvered doors and windows allow the breeze to blow though with electric fans as well. Upper ( Our Place ) apartment has 2 ensuite bedrooms and a large living room kitchen all opening out onto a 50foot by 10 foot balcony overlooking the bay. Downstairs there are 2 identical light and airy studios with their own seperate balconies and sharing the same view as upstairs. The balcony is where people spend most of their time when not on the beach. All the appliances are new and the fridges are large as we built the house as a second home for us and our friends and family so it is not set up as a basic rental property. All the rooms have a queensize double bed made from local red cedar with full nets covering them for the occaisional mosquito. (These are not a problem here at all.) We have a single bed ( for the studios )and a Graco baby cot available as well.
