Holiday Home Description
Lovely privately owned 3 bedroom holiday home in Cala Egos near Cala d'Or on the South Eastern coast of Mallorca / Majorca.
There are 2 beaches only 2 minutes walk (about 500 meters) away, plus many more a short ride on the public road-train (the kids will love this).
We have 2 houses (or 4 apartments) available for holiday bookings.
Situated in a gorgeous small family orientated community.
At the end of our garden are 2 large pools, 1 smaller raised pool and 2 waterfalls in attractive gardens surrounded by palm trees.
The 3 bedroom house has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and its own private walled garden & patio; upstairs is the 3rd en-suite bedroom, plus a second lounge (which can convert into a 4th bedroom), also upstairs is a large private dining balcony and roof sun terrace.
The upstairs can be used as a self-contained private 1 bedroom apartment for friends or grand-parents etc.
The accommodation is air conditioned throughout and has been fitted with comfort in mind.

Cala D'or Area Description
Locally there are plentiful shops, restaurants and beaches, these are only a 2 or 3 minute walk, the luxury Cala D’Or marina is a 5 minute walk.
A road train circulates several other local beaches around Cala D’Or, plus the large Cala Mondrago beach and national park.
A short drive is Val d’or golf course, scenic mountains, monasteries and local market villages.
The house is located in Cala Egos, a peaceful small village with a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars; the larger town of Cala d'Or is across the Marina and provides more shops & restaurants.
