If you are looking for exclusive accommodation in Monte Argentario, set in a beautiful natural environment, then our apartment is definitely worth looking at.
The apartment is nestled within the hills between Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano on the way to the Convent of Padri Passionisti, set in a prestigious, quiet, green residential area called “Il Mascherino”. Away from the main road, the apartment is part of a semi detached villa with an independent entrance, its own garden and a big terrace with a spectacular view over the blue sea of Talamone and Monte Argentario Lagoon.
Casa Mascherino is fully renovated and furnished with great care. Ideal for two couples with two children. There are two double bedrooms, of which the master bedroom overlooks the sea with direct access to the terrace. The third bed room has one single bed and a second bed ideal for a child between 2 and 8 years old. Two bathrooms (one with a shower and a second one with a bathtub), both with windows and a nice view. Linen and towels are provided for 6 people.
Living room: boasts a lovely fireplace, arm-chairs, a 3 seater sofa and one dining table for 8 people and has access to the private terrace. Cable TV with channels in English is available.
Kitchen:fully equipped: fridge, freezer, 4 ring stove oven, microwave, washing machine, kitchen utensils, dishware crockery. Iron and board.
Terrace:furnished for al fresco dining seating 8 guests. The spectacular view over the blue sea of Talamone and Monte Argentario Lagoon is breath taking.
The apartment has its independent air-conditioning and heating system.
On-site amenities include parking facilities for 2 cars and porter . Maid facilities are available on request..
During the month of June-August guests may use for free two swimming pools (one shallow for little children and another one deep for adults) with umbrellas, as well as , two tennis courts and one basketball court.
A car is necessary. A car may be easily rented at the airport.

A 20% deposit of the rental rate is payable at the time of your booking and the balance in cash on arrival.
The above prices include bedlinen, towels, and use of kitchen. Final cleaning is free for more than 4 nights’ bookings.

Check in is from 13.00 on and check out is by 10.00 am.
