Holiday Home Description
This villa has just been fully refurbished to a high standard. As you enter the villa you will find the hallway with chandlier and mirror. The hallway has all the bedrooms leading off of it. It comprises of 4 bedrooms one being a Master bedroom with ensuite, that consists of jacuzzi bath, bidet, w.c. and hand basin with chandelier wall lights and venetian mirror.The bedroom also has patio doors that lead out to the terrace. The first twin room has two single beds, bedside cabinet with lamp, second twin room with the same furnishings, the fourth bedroom has a double bed with bedside cabinets and lamps. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
The second bathroom has a walk in shower, w.c. and handbasin, the third bathroom has a column shower with several jets w.c. and hand basin.
The large kitchen has a full oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, large american fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The villa has air con which is payable locally. The large lounge area has two leather sofas, dining table and chairs, lamps, corner unit and 40 inch flat screen t.v.. You will also find d.v.d. player, c.d. player selection of films and sky t.v. with selected channels. The lounge has been insulated to keep cool but you can also have air con in there as well ans the kitchen and all the bedrooms.
At present the pool is being constructed as this description is being edited and will be added when completed for 2012 season. This will be approx 10 by 5 metres and the terrace will have potted plants, sunbeds, patio furniture and parasols. There is also a covered terrace which has a large gas B.B.Q. table and chairs.
The villa is within a 10 mins stroll to the town and is is a peaceful location. There are many bars and restaurants to choose from several offer evening entertainment in the summer season. Two supermarkets that deliver if required, hairdressers, bank, car hire companies and pharmacy. Water slides are available in the resort, football pitch and go karts for children. The Fun House has bouncy castles and items to keep children amused if they tire of the beach. There is parking directly outside the villa if a car is required
The beach is in a safe secluded bay which is very safe for children, there are pedalos, sun beds and parasols for hire. Two beach bars offer tapas, drinks and take away..
