Chalet Le Renard was built in 2007. It comprises 3 floors. There are 3 bedrooms on the top floor, 2 doubles and one bunk room with 2 sets bunks. The bunks are equipped with quality mattresses and are suitable for adult use. There is one large bathroom on the top floor with full size bath and shower. The middle floor has a large open plan living area, dinning table for 8, well equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting area with wood burning stove. The ground floor/ basement. There is an additional shower room with WC on this floor. There is also a large entrance hall with stairs leading to the basement. This floor includes a boot changing area, large single garage with table tennis table, games room with a bar football table, boiler drying room and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is masses of hot water and the heating is very efficient. There are 2 large south facing balconies and a large patio area.

Bedroom 1 has a extra large double bed with twin mattresses. Bedroom 2 has an extra large double bed and mattress. Bedroom 3 has 4 bunks. The bottom 2 bunks are very comfortable and suitable for adults The top two are also comfortable but more suitable for children.
This is an exceptional family chalet suitable for 4 adults plus 4 children or 6 adults. It is situated in a quiet road within easy reach of shops, restaurants, leisure facilities and bus stops A car is an advantage but definitely not essential. The views are stunning and we have a 1300sq metre garden .
Additional information about rental rates
•20% deposit required with booking. Balance required 8 weeks prior to rental start date. Bank transfers should be made in Swiss Francs or British pound equivalent. Additionally a £500 deposit is required against losses, breakages, damages or additional cleaning. Subject to deductions, this will be returned within 10 days of the final day of the rental period.Rental payments are non-refundable, so holiday insurance is recommended. The rental period is for 1 week from Saturday to Saturday. Keys will be available from 1600 hrs on the start date and the property must be vacated by 1030 hrs on departure day. Alternative start/finish days can be negotiated.
•Swiss Tourist Tax is payable at the Leysin Tourist Office (SFr 3.10 per day for adults, SFr 2.00 per day for ages 7 -16 Years, SFr 1.70 for over 64 years and no charge for under 7 years). This entitles the visitor to a price reduction for sports facilities and other facilities in the region.
