Floral Street offers easy access to the whole of Central London and is within walking distance of Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus and Oxford Street. Hundreds of restaurants, including London's famous Chinatown, world class shopping and the theatres of Shaftesbury Avenue are within a few hundred meters of the apartment.
The Coach House is at the quiet end of Floral Street - a single lane road with restricted traffic providing a quiet residential environment that is literally only a minute away from all things London.
The Coach House is a bright, spacious and comfortable central London apartment. Secure entry is gained via a keypad to the front gate, followed by a key to the front communal access door. There is an elevator and stairs to all floors and the private front door to the apartment is provided with security locks and entry phone system.

The apartment offers 2 double bedrooms, a large living room/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, cloakroom and utility room with gas central heating throughout.
The living/dining room is equipped with a 42" Sony plasma TV and recordable DVD player. A selection of DVDs have been provided for the enjoyment of visitors. A few books have also been provided as an 'exchange library' for visitors - take a book with you if you haven't finished it by the end of your stay, just leave one in it's place.
The kitchen is provided with modern appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, electric oven and hob. The kitchen is equipped with crockery, glass wear, cooking utensils, cutlery and a range of cooking pots and pans. A clothes dryer machine is located in the utility room along with a vacuum cleaner, an electric iron and ironing board.
The master bedroom includes a double bed and has a double hanging wardrobe and a single wardrobe of shelves with additional storage space above.
The second bedroom also has a double bed and has a writing/computer desk and chair.
The bathroom includes WC, wash handbasin, bath, dual-head power shower with glass shower screen and a mirrored bathroom storage cabinet. A second WC and wash handbasin are both available in the separate cloakroom.
