The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Vilamoura, but only a short distance away from shops, restaurants, the beach and the Marina. It has a fully equipped kitchen and benefits from air-conditioning in all main rooms. The Living/Dining room has 2 luxurious leather sofas and an LCD TV, DVD player and CD player. There is an extendible dining table and 6 chairs. For the cooler winter months there is heating and a log burning fire. Each bedroom has twin beds. There are 2 extra folding camp beds (charged at £25 per person per week) that are suitable for children that can be set up in the living room and one of the bedrooms. There is a lift from the underground car park and the entrance hall to all floors and a ramp at the main door to the building.
