Holiday Home Description
This delightful, comfortably furnished 1st floor apartment,ideally located in the Tomb of Kings area, sleeps up to 6, is situated in a small secluded complex of just 10 luxury apartments. It is ideally situated only one kilometre from the Old Town, walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants and three kilometres from the beach and the Tourist Area.
The apartment has been furnished to a high standard, is fully air conditioned/heated, comprising 2 twin bedded rooms, one with en-suite facilities, kitchen, open plan diner/ lounge. The second bedroom, has 2 twin beds, a veranda with seats and a Jack & Jill family bathroom, also being accessible from the lounge area.
The apartment comfortably sleeps four in two twin bedded bedrooms, with an additional two in single sofa beds in the lounge if required. A balcony overlooks the landscaped swimming pool area and is furnished with a four seater table and chairs.
BEDROOM 1
The first bedroom is twin bedded with built in wardrobes en-suite shower facilities of shower, W.C., and wash hand basin, air con & ceiling fan
BEDROOM 2
The second is also twin bedded with wardrobes, a veranda and has an adjoining door to the bathroom, air con, ceiling fan. A hair dryer is supplied.
KITCHEN/DINER
The fully fitted kitchen with ceiling fan contains oven, hob, washing machine, fridge freezer, toaster and microwave and extractor fan and has all the crockery and cooking utensils necessary, should you wish to cook. An iron and ironing board is also available. This opens into an eating area and a spacious open plan lounge.
LOUNGE
The dining area has a dining table which seats six comfortably, leading on to a balcony over-looking the swimming pool and garden, and is along side the lounge area which has an air con unit, two single sofa beds, TV (Freeview is available), DVD, coffee table and casual chairs. Two ceiling fans are available for your comfort.
BATHROOM
In addition to the en-suite facility is the family Jack and Jill bathroom which is also accessable from bedroom 2, with the usual facilities of a bath, with shower over, W.C. and wash hand basin.
LINEN & CLEANING
A weekly cleaning service along with a change of bed linen and towels is provided for your comfort. You will be supplied with bed linen, one hand towel and one bath towel per person per week. Beach towels are available for a small extra charge.
ROOF GARDEN
On the roof is the private spacious sun garden which is accessed via the entrance stairs and up a metal spiral staircase upon which you will find sun beds and sun umbrellas. Care should be taken on the stairs when accessing the tiled sun garden.
PARKING/GROUNDS
Available to you during your stay is a covered parking space should you wish to hire a car to discover this amazing island of Cyprus.
POOL
The 5 x 10 metre swimming pool has sun beds, umbrellas, shower, W.C., 2 cloakrooms and a handicapped W.C. are open to you and are very useful if you have a late departure time.
Drinking water is available in the kitchen on tap. Cots & High Chairs are also available on request.
