Holiday Home Description

The Don Luis Apartments consist of just five, one bedroom apartments with a shared swimming pool. The location is one of the best in Corralejo just two minutes walk to the main street and five minutes walk to the beach, yet in a quiet part of town.

A security gate, which opens onto a courtyard with flowers and an ornamental fountain, protects the entrance.

The apartments are open-plan. The lounge has a double bed settee (in our opinion this is best suited to sleep either one adult or two children), satellite TV, DVD player and CD mini-system. Patio doors lead to a small, private, outdoor area with a table and two chairs (except apartment number 5 which has a terrace overlooking the swimming pool instead). Each apartment also has a private roof terrace with two sunloungers and a shower (both hot and cold water). The terraces are divided one from the other by a 1.7 metre (5 7) high wall.

The lounge is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. The kitchen is equipped with a two-ring hob, microwave cooker, small fridge, electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There is also an iron (no ironing board).

The bedroom has twin beds and a fitted wardrobe and there is a separate, small shower room with shower, toilet and hand washbasin.

There is also a safe for money and valuables.

The swimming pool measures approximately 3.6 metres (11 10) by 7.0 metres (22 11) and is surrounded by a terrace with sunloungers.

For your security, each apartment has a floor safe and guests are also provided with a key to the entrance gate.

Two Of the apartments have recently been upgarded, and have full cooker & oven.
