The ground floor of our home is open plan and consists of a spacious living room, dining room, family room and a kitchen/breakfast room. The lounge area consists of one queen sized sofa bed, a 2 seater settee and coffee tables. The double garage also acts as a utility area for the washing machine and tumble dryer. A washing line and clothes pegs as well as ironing facilities are also provided.

The superb kitchen is equipped with high quality solid oak units, a full sized cooker and fitted high power microwave oven. A dishwasher, garbage disposal unit, double sink and American size fridge freezer, i.e. big!!! The kitchen also contains a larder and has a windowed breakfast area with oak table and 4 chairs. The kitchen leads to the double garage. There are of course all the usual items to be expected in a modern kitchen; cutlery, crockery, glassware, range of cooking utensils, pans, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, juice extractor, blender and many other items sufficient to cater for up to 8 persons to ensure you feel truly home from home!.

The master bedroom is very spacious with a queen sized bed, two nightstands a triple mirrored dressing table and television. The adjoining dressing room has illuminated fitted units and wash basin and walk-in wardrobes. This leads into the luxury en-suite bathroom with tiled Roman bath and separate tiled shower room. From the master bedroom there is access to the pool area and patio.Both the second and third bedrooms contain twin beds with decorative quilts, dressing stands and large fitted wardrobes.

The family bathroom contains a fitted and illuminated vanity unit with wash bowl, tiled bath and shower unit (with curtain), toilet and fitted towel cupboard.

There is a spacious family area containing two, three seater sofas, three coffee tables with lamps, a colour satellite television in unit with 150 channels, DVD and CD player.

All rooms have superior vertical blinds on every window, and there is a full integrated intercom/radio/cassette audio system piping music to every room and the pool area.

The pool has both electric and solar heating. We recommend that for the cooler months of November through to March that the electric pool heating is used . For this we charge on extra ?10 per day. For the solar heating there is no additional charge.

The sun drenched patio area surrounding the pool has a non-slip surface for safety, and has direct access to the family room and master bedroom through sliding patio doors. The pool is maintained to a high standard with the chemicals adjusted regularly to ensure safety and hygiene at all times. There are sun loungers, table and chairs and other patio furniture along with plenty of pool towels and plastic cups, glasses and plates to help you make the most of the Florida sunshine.

The 30 ft pool has a tiled edge and steps down to a depth of 2ft 6 inches. It has a gentle slope to a maximum depth of 5ft. It contains coloured illumination and is fully screened. Please note that the screen does not block out the suns harmful rays only the insects!. Local regulations prohibit the use of barbeques.
