The air conditioned villa is wheelchair accessible and has the following accommodation and features:

Step outside and you will be amazed by the large private pool with luxury sun loungers and pool furniture and the extra large deck which enjoys all day sunshine - the perfect place for relaxing after those busy days in the parks.
The pool has a mesh screen, which gives protection from insects but will still allows you to work on that tan.
Alongside the pool is the beautiful lie-in Spa/Jacuzzi specially constructed so it can be used as a Toddlers Pool when not turned on.
The large Barbeque is perfect for alfresco dining. And later you can experience the warm, balmy evenings, sipping a glass of wine or a cool beer while relaxing by the pool or in the bubbling Spa/Jacuzzi.
All electricity and air-conditioning costs are included in the weekly rent. Pool & Spa heating is extra. Pool heat is usually only required in the winter months.
Local telephone calls are free. All other calls can be made by using call cards which are available locally.
Our friendly local management company are available to offer 24 hour assistance, should you need it.
The villa is AAA rated in the U.S.,is fully licensed and has hotel status for travel insurance purpose.

GOLF enthusiasts will be spoiled for choice with 7 courses in the immediate vicinity and many more in the Orlando area. With a 24 hour WAL-MART Supercentre and a Winn-Dixie supermarket nearby and over 8 SHOPPING MALLS within 30 minutes of the villa there is plenty of choice for shopping. The various take-aways and restaurants in the vicinity also offer a wide selection of dining options.
