Just 4 miles from Fort Myers Beach and the causeway to the Islands of Sanibel and Captiva, our spacious lakeside home is in the gated community of Beachwalk Isles, the perfect location for enjoying the miles of beautiful beaches, great fishing, or the first class golf courses for which the area is famous. Alternatively,you could just relax at our comfortable home and enjoy the lake view from beside our heated pool.
Our spacious villa is tastefully furnished, with vaulted ceilings, and has full air-conditioning, with ceiling fans if preferred. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV and DVD, a large walk-in closet, and a bathroom with double washbasins, a large shower cubicle and separate bathtub. There is a further double bedroom with queen-size bed, and two twin bedrooms. A fully equipped kitchen adjoins the breakfast area and in addition there is a more formal dining / living room. The family room has leather sofas, cable TV with DVD and X-Box, and opens onto the pool area.
The pool benefits from both electric and solar heating to ensure warmth in all seasons. There is ample pool furniture and a dining area with an overhead fan for those warm evenings.

Rates include pool heating, all linen and towels, and end of stay cleaning.
