" GIULIA " apartment can accommodate up to six people. Two double bedrooms . A large living room with satellite TV, a sofa double and corner with two single beds. The open kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker/oven, microwave and dishwasher. Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. Garage for car

The lakeside is at 500 m., restaurants, supermarket and shops at 400 m.

Gravedona was historically an important village, the palace Gallium, the baptismal church of S.Maria del Tiglio are testimony to its history . The area has a temperate climate in summer and pleasant temperatures in winter favoured by the warm “tramontana” wind descending from the Alps.

Being south of the Alps especially in winter there are many days of cloudless weather, whereas in summer thunderstorms, which last a few hours, refresh the air. For golfers at least 3 golf courses are nearby including the oldest course in Italy: Menaggio.

An excursion by ferry boat, crisscrossing the lake gives you a beautiful view on the private villas and parks. You can also criss-cross the lake by boat with regular services. In Gravedona there are plenty recreational activities and water sports.

Lake Como Area Information

Residence Liro is in the northern area of Lake Como in the region of Lombardy. Lake Como is one of the most popular lakes south of the Alps.
