Holiday Home Description
Our home is furnished to a high standard and is very clean. There are 4 bedrooms the master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, walk in wardrobe and is ensuite with access to the pool area through the en suite or in the bedroom.
The second master has a queen bed, flat screen TV, closet and is ensuite. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds and has closet and a TV and the 4th bedroom has twin beds, closet, TV and is our Mickey room.
We have a games room in the garage with a Pool table, Air Hockey table and Foozball table.
There is an extended pool with table, chairs and loungers and privacy screen round the pool.
The Villa is professionally maintained inside and out by our management company. All towels and bed linen are provided. All utilities, cleaning, pool maintenance, gardener, free local telephone calls and Florida State Tax are also included.
In accordance with Florida State law, the villa is fitted with smoke alarms and emergency lighting. For families with young children all doors leading to the pool are alarmed.
The Villa is also covered by insurance and complies with all the regulations associated with short term letting.
Prices for the villa start from £350 per week; For the cooler months pool heating is available at an extra charge of £15 per day. (Minimum 5 days)
