Bottom floor has its own entrance, sitting/dining room with fireplace and kitchen, bathrrom/WC, one double bedroom and room with four bunk beds. It is sometimes used as a separate flat. Sauna with wooden cold water tub and luxury massage shower.

Three TVs, two DVD players, one video cassette machine, three radio/CD players, selection of DVDs available for guest's use (for children and adults). Selection of toys and games. Small table and chairs for toddlers. Freezer available, two washing machines, two diswashers, two fireplaces. Kitchens include toasters, kettles, hand blender, baby bottle warmer, steriliser. Hair dryer. Outdoor furniture on balcony.

The lower floor has wooden decking running all the way along the house and providing two sitting out/dining areas. The middle floor (entrance floor) has a wooden balcony running along the front and one side of the house providing one large sitting out/dining area with large wooden table and chairs. Each bedroom on the top floor has access to a balcony.

Pets allowed for surcharge of Euro 40 per week.
