A whopping 4200 sq ft of fantastic villa with a beautiful south facing pool and spa with lanai and huge garden. Well equipped kitchen together with breakfast area. Large living room with 50' flat screen cable TV, DVD player, entertainment center and direct access to the pool. There is a light and airy formal dining area and another lounge area with direct access to the pool area. An air conditioned games room with 60" cable TV,DVD player,VCR,PS3 move,XBOX 360 kinect,beer fridge,pool table,darts,foosball and lounge area.1st master suite with king bed,flat screen cable TV,large bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower and access to the pool.Upstairs there are 6 further bedrooms all with cable TV's.2nd master suite offers a king bed,flat screen TV/DVD player and a bathroom that can be used solely by the master suite or shared with bedroom 4(twin bedroom)3rd master suite offers a queen bed and a bathroom which again can be shared with bedroom 5(twin bedroom)bedroom 6 has twin beds and bedroom 7 has bunk beds.

There is travel crib which can be used as a play pen.Some crib linen is provided. A single role out bed is available and can be placed where it is needed.
There is free WIFI throught out the villa and there is a desk area upstairs. All doors which have direct access to the pool area are alarmed for the safety of all guests. Along with the crib there is some crib linen plus 2 highchairs and a stroller. A utility room is located just off the kitchen with new large washing machine and new large dryer.
Additional information about rental rates
*A minimum stay of 7 nights is necessary at Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas time.
*A deposit of $300 is payable on booking and the balance is due 10 weeks before arrival.
*The security deposit is $300 and this is payable 2 weeks before the vacation

*Pool heating is available for $210 per week if required
*A gas BBQ is available to rent for $40 per week
