In a peaceful lakeside setting our tastefully furnished and well equipped villa with private, electrically heated, pool is situated at Beachwalk Isles which is a small gated community just a 5 minute drive from the superb white sandy beaches of Fort Myers and the unspoilt islands of Sanibel & Captiva. The Everglades National Park is also within easy reach. Our luxurious home is ideally placed, just a couple of minutes drive from a choice of supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, post office and restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets. For retail therapy, there are shopping malls and a factory outlet just a short drive from Beachwalk isles. With theatres, a sports stadium and cinemas in Fort Myers, there are pursuits for all including numerous golf courses, various water sports, boat hire, fishing, sunset cruises and dophin watching, and the Florida favourite - shell collecting.

Master bedroom - queen size bed with luxury 'pillow-top' mattress. Walk-in closet, flat screen TV and telephone. Personal door to pool deck for those early morning swims. Ensuite bathroom with twin basins, bath with shower and wc. Bedroom two - queen size bed with luxury 'pillow-top' mattress. Large closet and TV Bedroom three - twin room with large closet and TV/VCR combi.
Our lovely lakeside home is furnished to a high standard and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. Its vaulted ceilings give it a light airy feel, with ceiling fans in addition to full air conditioning.
In addition to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is an open-plan living room which provides for formal dining and has a comfortable sitting area leading to the pool deck with views of the lake beyond. The living room is equipped with stereo system, DVD/VCR and flat screen TV(cable).
The good size kitchen has a newly installed smooth top range, built-in microwave, dishwasher, large 2-door fridge freezer with ice and water dispensers and a waste disposal. There is a separate laundry room with large washing machine and tumble drier, and space for airing clothes. The sunny south-facing pool deck has a shady lanai and is perfect for spotting osprey and anhingas, amongst other visitors to the lake. There are 4 sunloungers, and a dining table seating 6 for alfresco meals (gas BBQ provided).
Notes:
1) In accordance with Florida law, the pool deck is protected with electronic alarms on the windows/doors opening onto the pool deck.
2) The villa will be prepared prior to your arrival by our local agents, who are also on hand throughout your stay to deal with any queries or emergencies.
3) Wifi internet access is provided free for our guests
There is an international airport at Ft Myers (20 minutes from our home), with UK flights via various US hub cities. Miami and Tampa, each about 2.5 hours drive away, have direct flights from the UK, as does Orlando (3.5 hrs driving time) and Sanford, just north of Orlando. Car hire is readily available at all airports and this is best booked in this country ahead of travel. South West Florida is a wonderful year-round holiday destination and our villa is situated in South Fort Myers, just a five minute drive from uncrowded white sandy beaches. Daytime highs rarely drop below 75 F (24 C), even at Christmas - it’s a pleasure to enjoy warmth and sunshine during England’s depressing winter!

Changeover day is flexible, subject to existing bookings.
Discounts for couples staying two weeks or more, and for extended stays.
Minimum booking for Christmas/New Year and Easter is 2 weeks at our Premium Season rate of £690.
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds and include the cost of cleaning for bookings of 2 weeks or more (a contribution towards cleaning applies for shorter stays). Completed booking form together with an initial deposit of £150 per week required when reserving the villa, with the balance of payment due 8 weeks prior to the holiday. Payment by Sterling or US dollar cheques or by PayPal account (which may incur a service charge)
