The villa is on one level making it very family friendly, especially for those with younger children and is fully air conditioned throughout for your comfort. It has a large private South West facing swimming pool so you can enjoy the sun until sunset. The villa has free wireless Internet access & telephone with free local and international calls.

The villa has recently been updated with new carpets throughout, new lounge furniture, games room equipment and all linens, including bedding. For families travelling with young children there is a high chair and one travel crib available for your use free of charge.

Our villa really is home from home, complete with all the facilities you would expect, plus a lot more.

SWIMMING POOL & SURROUNDING PATIO AREA: Large 27'6 x 14' South West facing heated swimming pool which is fully screened to keep the insects at bay. The garden is on an elevated plot providing privacy with views across to the conservation area with a landscaped rear garden, outside table, chairs and sun loungers, outside shower. There is a child safety fence for use if required.

LARGE GAMES ROOM: New games room equipment includes a 7ft air hockey table, a new pool table to add to our existing table football/ foosball and electronic dart board, great for kids of all ages!

FAMILY ROOM: New furniture, consisting of two sofas and coffee & end tables. Cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan, cable television, DVD and video player, patio door to the pool area.

KITCHEN: Fully fitted kitchen with cooker and microwave, fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, dishwasher, sink with waste disposal, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, food blender and toaster.

DINING AREA: The dining area comfortably seats 6 people and has a pool view.

UTILITY ROOM: Washing machine and separate tumble dryer, ironing board and iron plus clothes airer.

MASTER BEDROOM & EN-SUITE: We have a large master bedroom complete with a King size bed. Cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe, two bedside cabinets with lamps, large dressing table with mirror and cable television.

En-Suite with bath, walk in shower, twin basin sinks, toilet and hairdryer.

TWIN BEDROOM 1: Large bedroom with two single beds, bedside cabinet and double fitted wardrobes.

TWIN BEDROOM 2: Two single beds, bedside cabinet and double fitted wardrobes.

FAMILY BATHROOM: There is a separate bathroom with toilet, bath and shower plus a second hairdryer.

Our 3 bedroom vacation home is located in the exclusive Highgate Park a beautiful 2005 built villa. Highgate Park is a small community with a children's play area and tennis court on site, just a 5 minute walk from the villa. It is the only gated community situated in the villages of Legacy Park. It is ideally situated approx 12-15 minutes drive from Disneyworld and situated in an idyllic setting just 2 miles South of the 192 on the Western side of Highway 27, with its profusion of shops, restaurants and attractions. For the golf lovers there are six championship golf courses within just a 5-10 minute drive from the villa.

Highgate Park Area Information

Orlando Florida has to be one of the most popular locations in the world for holidays, with excellent weather and theme parks just a short drive away; Disney World, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach, Universal Studios, Island of Adventure and the Kennedy Space Station. You can visit one of the many water parks around for a relaxing day or for something different you can go to Gatorland for that exhilarating Air Boat ride experience and get up close to those native alligators.

If you fancy getting away from all the entertainment then there are some of the loveliest beaches you could wish for in Florida with its 1,800 miles of coastline, translating to sandcastle-building, surfing, fishing and kite-flying fun. To the East coast is Cocoa beach which is the closest approximately 40-45 miles, which is only about an hours drive. To the West coast are the gorgeous award winning beaches of Clearwater, St Petersburg and Sarasota with their clean sugar white sand, about a 90min drive.

For the golfers, this really is golfers paradise with the world class Champions Gate resort which has a 36 hole course and the Reunion Golf resort which consists of three 18 hole courses just 2 miles away. There are three more prestigious golf courses not far from the villa with at least half a dozen more golf courses within the Davenport area.

For the skateboarders there is an excellent Vans Skate Park located in the Festival Bay Mall, skateboards and all safety equipment can be hired very reasonably here. Or why not go and watch a Basketball Match or an American Football game for something different?

The Davenport / Highgate Park area

Highgate Park is an exclusive gated community set in the Villages of Legacy and is very well maintained by the Homeowners Association who continue to maintain the villa gardens and all the lawn areas. Highgate Park has its own Childrens play area plus a tennis court just a 5min walk from the villa.

There is a shopping complex located within a 5min drive on Highway 27 with a good Supermarket, Pharmacy, Bank and various Restaurants. A 24hr Wal-Mart supermarket is also close by.
