The house to rent is located in San Casciano in Val di Pesa, a country village set in the Chianti area in the south of Florence.
The house is a perfect starting point to visit Florence, Tuscany and other regions of Italy. Florence centre (16 Km / 9 miles away) can be reached by car in 20 minutes or by bus in about 35 minutes.
Florence [FLR] airport is distant 30 Km by car. It can be reached also with coach and bus. Every year we have guest arriving without a car.
Pisa [PSA] airport is 71Km away. By car the trip takes about 1 hour.
To arrive without a car you have to take the train to Florence (departure are just outside airport departure terminal); once in Florence, get out of the train, get out of railway station, walk for 50 metres and take a bus to San Casciano in Val di Pesa. Get out at San Casciano bus station and walk for 700 metres to reach our property.
Bologna [BLQ] airport at 120 Km (1 hour by car). Train to Florence takes 40 minutes.
Florence airport [FLR] is 30 Km away, can be reached without a car.
Other airports: Rimini [RMI], Forlì [FRL] (trains: to Bologna then Florence, or the cheaper to Faenza then Florence).
The holiday house sits on the top of an hill facing Tuscan countryside.
The rental is managed directly by the us owners, we live in a villa in the same property and will be at your disposal for travel information or where to shop.
We speak Italian, English and French.
The house is rented for self catering holidays. The kitchen is fully equipped, bed and linen are provided.

- furnished kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, cooker, kettle, toaster, table.

First floor:
- main bedroom with view on Tuscan hills (with air conditioning);
- bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and WC;
- second bedroom with table and two twin beds on a sleeping loft (with air conditioning).
Outside:
- garden with olive trees
- terrace with gazebo, stone barbecue, two chaise-longue.

Gas/Heating (from November to early April) and electricity, to be paid on usage.
## Read carefully ##
Please consult availability and prices before enquiring. The house is rented on a weekly basis, changeover day is Saturday. Minimum booking is 7 days during high season, 6 days during mid and low season.
