Our brand new (complete Jan 09) fully equipped executive villa is situated within the prestigious West Haven Estate. With gated entry and recreation facilities of which includes full size outdoor pool, tennis courts, childrens play area, fitness gym and volleyball court.
The villa has it's own southeast facing pool and Spa overlooking conservation land providing privacy and space for relaxing and entertaining. The pool enclosure has Florida Glass fitted on bottom panels at each side for added privacy.
Pool furniture and BBQ are also provided and during winter months pool heating is advised (October - April)
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Stainless steel appliances and granite worktops add that touch of luxury with adjacent dining table and chairs and nook area for additional seating.
All crockery, utensils and housewares provided.
The lounge area is modern and spacious with 50" PlasmaTV with digital home theatre surround that includes DVD, XBOX 360 and I-Pod dock. CableTV is provided as well an as a good selection of movies and board games.
Telephone with free local calls, as well as free internet access.
We have installed an electronic safe in the villa for our guests use. As well as a GPS system preloaded with various attractions.
There is a seperate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and hoover. All linen and towels are provided.
A travel cot and highchair is provided for babies and small children.
A public supermarket and a wide variety of restaurants are only 5 mins away.
The Games Room consists of a 8ft slate bed pool table, an air hockey and bar football. There is also a bar table, music system for ipod/cd/radio and 2 bar chairs for your convenience. There is also tennis raquets and balls for guests use at the courts within the clubhouse grounds. The room is decorated to reflect the contents.
Accommodation is contained over one level and consists of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The villa sleeps up to eight people.
The master bedroom has a large en-suite with walk in shower and tub. A king size bed and walk in closet. A 19" flat screen TV with cable is also included.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and built in closet. This bedroom has an ensuite with shower that can also access to the pool area. A 19" flat screen TV with cable is also incuded.
Bedroom three and four have twin beds in each with built in closets, both these rooms share the family bathroom with bath and shower.
The villa is fully air-conditioned all rooms have ceiling fans and are beautifully decorated with modern furniture and fittings. Bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers.
The property is well maintained by our management company who are on hand 24/7 to answer or deal with any questions or problems that may arise. There is a telephone system installed and the house is fully alarmed with security fence surrounding pool to safeguard young children.
