La Veranda is a spacious three bedroomed traditional Canarian Finca that used to be the village bakery and has been extended and restored whilst keeping many original features. La Veranda is centrally situated in the village of Guime which is approximately ten minutes by car from Arrecife airport. The living accommodation comprising a large farmhouse kitchen and spacious lounge are on the first floor. The lounge leads out on to the veranda where there is a further secluded dining area. The master bedroom with en-suite and two twin bedrooms that share a recently refurbished character bathroom are on the ground floor and lead directly out to the pool area. The electrically heated pool and terraced area is surrounded by a high wall which offers total privacy. There is parking for two cars immediately to the side of the villa.
