Situated in a small residential complex, Lemon Tree Villa combines the traditional Turkish style with modern day comfort. The villa has had a full internal refit creating luxury accommodation for four people.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with flat screen TV and DVD player. There is also an ipod docking station for your music and a games' cupboard. You can relax under a cooling ceiling fan to escape the Summer heat.
The open plan kitchen contains all the cooking and dining equipment of your own home with a full sized pantry fridge, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
Outside, there is a terrace with a dining table and chairs. Feel free to help yourself to the lemons on the tree!
Upstairs there is a master bedroom, bathroom and second twin bedded room with a staircase leading up to the roof terrace. On the completely private terrace there, you will find sunbeds, an umbrella and a drinks' fridge.
There is a central shared swimming pool with sunbeds in the established and well tended gardens.
The villa is situated 250m from the beach with shops, bars and restaurants close by. Public transport to Bodrum and Bitez runs right outside the gates of the site. It is cheap and frequent, so there is no need for a hire car.
