Turkey Holiday Villa, Fethiye

Holiday Home Description

A luxury detached holiday villa sleeping up to 13 people with everything for your perfect holiday. The ground floor has three living rooms and the upper two floors have five bedrooms with sun-terraces and full air-conditioning. A 2km walk takes you to Uzumlu village and a short drive takes you to Fethiye, Calis and Olu Deniz beaches on the Turquoise Coast.

A lovely private illuminated pool is surrounded by a large terrace with ample sun loungers and parasols. By the side of the terrace there is a covered area with a large dining table close to a gas BBQ for alfresco dining, there are incredible views from here over the plateau and surrounding mountains. There are four furnished sun terraces; three are outside the twin bedroom, master double bedroom and the triple bedroom that overlook the plateau; one is outside the double bedroom facing the mountain slopes. Surrounding the villa are grassed areas and gardens planted with shrubs and fruit trees and plants arranged around the terraces. A lower terrace has a table football game, basketball hoop, dartboard and another dining area close to a Turkish cushioned Kosk. The pool and gardens are maintained daily by our groundsman and there is parking for three vehicles.

Fethiye Area Description

Fethiye port is 17km away and can be reached by regular Dolmus minibuses or with a hire car it is an easy 25 minute drive. The famous resort of Olu Deniz with sandy beaches and sheltered Blue Lagoon is the centre for paragliding and is close to Fethiye as is Hisaronu with its lively night life and also the 'ghost town' of Kaya Koy. About a 1 hour drive away is Patara Beach with an unspoilt 20km sandy beach and ruins from the Roman and Lycian times. The nearest beach is a 20 minute drive to the 5km shingle beach at Calis with numerous bars and restaurants and also water taxis to Fethiye, nearby is a good Water Park.

The nearest airport is Dalaman which is about a 4 hour flight from the UK. We can arrange return transfers from Dalaman to the villa (about 45 minutes) in a car or minibus and we can also arrange vehicle rental. You have to pay 10GBP per passport for a visa stamp on arrival at Dalaman, allow a for a time difference of 2 hours forward and it is better to change most of your money in Turkey.

The weekly rental rates are for the whole villa for 1 week, book 6 months ahead and deduct 10%. Parties of 6 or less can stay for 2 weeks outside the peak season for a 15% discount. To book your holiday print out a booking form from our website and send this with a 20% deposit and the balance is then paid 4 weeks before arrival. Payments can be made by Credit Card through a secure PayPal portal on our website.
