Villa Caledonia is a modern 4 bedroom (Sleeps 8) 3 bathrooms luxury villa (2 years old) Sun Facing Private Pool, fully ducted air conditioning system , Solar panel & Electric hot water system , etc. It’s the owner’s much loved second home.
Modern and Very spacious and luxurious designer bathrooms & kitchen, top brands appliances, UK TV channels, Internet Access WI FI on demand, very near to Granada City (Just 5-6 minutes) Costa tropical (25 minutes away) and Ski resort, the fantastic Santa Clara Golf Course is just a couple of minutes from the Villa.
We can also provide adult 26" & junior 24" Quality Mountain bikes with safety helmets to explore the Beautiful country side nearby (available on requests)
The Villa has 4 very spacious bedrooms.
The Master bedroom with a queen size bed , it also has it own dedicated dressing room with two luxury fitted wardrobes and luxury fully equipped en suite bathroom with Italian marble and designer sink tops
Bedroom 2 has 2 large single beds (larger than standard single beds) , Fitted luxury fitted wardrobes, Dresser, beside tables etc.
Bedroom 3 has 1 a double bed, Fitted luxury fitted wardrobes, Dresser, beside tables etc.
Bedroom 4 has 1 large quality double sofa bed with quality Spring mattress , free standing double wardrobes, bedside tables etc.
The large living /Dining Room (34m2) has two large sofas large Centre Table, Flat screen TV,( with UK freview TV channels via Satellite receiver) DVD player, Real log Fire place, Dining table , Large unit Fast Internet access PC and WI FI on demand , etc
There is also a full ducted Air conditioning system throughout the Villa. Including all the Bedrooms, bathrooms and Kitchen.
There is a dedicated shaded Pergola with built BBQ and Dining table and chairs for eating al fresco,
spacious sun terraces with quality and comfortable outdoors furniture and magnificent swimming Pool with built-in Roman steps for easy access to the water particularly for the older generation and little ones there is also Rose and Fruit Gardens and large shaded terrace with fantastic views of the Sierra Nevada an lovely d country side for chilling out after a day in the pool and sun.

Granada City Area Area Information
The Villa is located within a purpose built quality residential development and within the lovely village of Otura, which is sited
approximately 7 minutes drive away from the centre of the beautiful and cosmopolitan city of Granada and the Alhambra palace .
Although the Village of Otura is mainly rural, it has great character and has great outdoors activities, biking trails, horse riding, Tennis as well as quality restaurants and tapas bars, Otura very near the main Motorway with access to nearby Costa Tropical Beaches, the City and most places of interest.
There are a lot of amenities in the village itself, including the magnificent Santa Clara Golf Course golf course, Garros, professional Tennis Court complex, football stadium, Sports centre, bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, petrol stations, etc. A local outdoor market is held every Wednesday.
The main motorway (Autovia) from the city of Granada to the near by beaches of Costa Tropical is about five minutes drive away from the Villa, the Costa Tropical Beach resorts are within easy access, 25- 30 min away.
The surrounding regions of the Alpujarras, Lanjaron (with Natural springs and Thermal waters from Sierra Nevada) Lecrin
Valley, lakes and reservoir are also within 15 -20 minutes drive.
The villages and the people in this area of Granada are so very typically
Andalucía it is easy to see why people fall in love with the area! This area is particular favorite to many resident Brits.
Local activities include golf, ski,paragliding, water skiing, cycling,
fishing, horse riding, mountain biking, mountaineering, ski, swimming, tennis, hiking, etc. not to mention most peoples favorite visiting the Alhambra Palace, museums, shopping in Granada and trying the famous
