This modern fully air-conditioned luxury villa in a secure gated community provides the ideal base for the holiday of a lifetime in Disney and is ideal for two families. The villa with its open plan design and high vaulted ceilings has recently been refurbished and furnished to a high standard. With its own pool it enables one to relax in comfort after a busy day at the parks. There is ample living space with a large formal living/dining area and a large functional kitchen. From the kitchen there is a dining nook leading to a large family room with direct access to the pool deck. There is a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, separate shower and a large walk in wardrobe. A second double bedroom with its' own en-suite and two further twin bedrooms with a shared third bathroom opening directly onto the pool deck, completes the sleeping accommodation. There is a large integral double garage with a washing machine and tumble drier.

Pool heating is recommended during the winter months of October to April for only £10 / $15 per day.

All bedrooms have ample wardrobe& cupboard space. The master suite has direct access onto the pool deck via patio doors.
Our pool and deck are enclosed within a lanai, keeping out all the insects. Privacy is assured by a thick hedge around the lanai. The pool can be heated on request at extra cost. A table and chairs and two sun loungers with foot stools are on the deck. A gas BBQ is provided for al fresco dining. There is a large grassed area to the rear of the villa. The villa is two minutes from the clubhouse which has wireless broadband and WiFi connections available to all guests. The clubhouse has a small library and fitness room and there is a large outdoor swimming pool with changing facilities available to all.
New carpets have been laid in the main lounge, dining room, all bedrooms and corridor. The main walk areas, kitchen, dining nook family room and all bathrooms are tiled. Television is available in the family room, master bedroom and second en-suite bedroom.
