Pattaya Area Description
The area, Majestic Residence, is beachfront and has about 40 villas. Majestic is quiet and relaxing and is surrounded by high walls with 24h security. You have to pass the guard entrance to enter. In this exclusive area there are only 4 villas for rental. Except the private pool you have a bigger community pool and a private Clubhouse/Restaurant with thai/international food. There is also a reception beside. On the private beach you have 3 restaurants, two with splendid seaview. To the south you have the biggest family beach , Jomtien, and to the north Pattaya center with all the entertainment you can wish within close reach. Between Majestic and Jomtien there is also an amusementpark for adults and children with attractions and a big waterpark bordering to Jomtien beach. Here you also have a restaurant on top of Pattaya Tower, the highest building in Pattaya, with a fantastic view over Jomtien and Pattaya City. Turns 360 degrees/hour.
