Patio doors lead onto pleasant balcony with table & chairs, separate fixed seating area built-in, clothes dryer, & barbecue. Balcony has pool view. Modern fully fitted kitchen in white, with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle & coffee maker, dining area with table & 4 chairs, Breakfast bar with 2 stools. Fully refitted bathroom has walk-in shower with modern glass bricks as shower screen. WC, & sink unit with large mirror above & lights. Bedroom has twin beds with headboards & small window above. Small 2-drawer dresser & full-length mirror, and double wardrobes. There is also similar wardrobe space in the hallway.

Bathroom fully refitted and beautifully tiled. Has modern walk in shower, separated from the rest of the bathroom by modern glass bricks. WC, and sink unit with marble surround and large mirror above with lights. The bathroom cabinet has 3 cupboards and 2 drawers, providing plenty of storage space for toiletries etc.

Bedroom 1 - 2 Single Bed, 2 Sofa bed/Futon

Bedroom has 2 single beds with headboards and small window above. Small dresser with 2 drawers provides additional storage space for toiletries and personal items. There is a full-length mirror, and there are double wardrobes with hanging space, drawers and shelving in this room, as well as a similar additional wardrobe space in the hallway.

Rental rates shown are based on 2 people sharing. £20 per person above 2 people.

Maximum occupancy 4 people.

Christmas and New Year price £350 per week for 2 people sharing.

Booking deposit is £50 per week. Damage deposit is £50 and is fully refundable. Deposits payable at time of booking.

Costa Adeje Area Information

The complex offers excellent facilities including an array of swimming pools, childrens pool, various solarium areas with complimentary sunbeds, numerous bars & poolside snack bar, pool table and tennis courts. There are numerous shops, bars, supermarkets, and restaurants to choose from just a short walk from the apartment. Local attractions include the original Aqua Land waterpark, & the new Siam Park Water Park which is the largest in Europe. Watersports available on the beaches, & for the adventurous on land there is quad biking & go karting. There are also several theme parks & animal parks to visit including the famous Loro Parque in the North of the island, or you may prefer a jeep trip or a ride up the famous Mount Teide in cable cars. All activities & transport arranged locally. The local bus service is great & there is a stop just outside the complex with regular services to surrounding areas. Local markets Thursday,Saturday in Las Americas & Sunday in Los Cristianos.
