Holiday Home Description
This well maintained and spacious villa, with private South facing pool, not overlooked to the rear, is ideal for your stay in Florida. It is fully air-conditioned, has a telephone with all local calls being free and an intercome system fitted throughout allowing; music to be piped into all rooms, checking up on younger members of the party, or just communicating with each other.
It comprises of 5 bedrooms including: a luxurious Master with 4 poster bed and en-suite with his and her sinks, walk-in shower, bath and separate toilet; a family room, popular with young families, has a Queen-size bed and separate area with bunk-beds; a twin room and 2 queen rooms. All rooms having TV and video or DVD, ample drawer and closet space and comfortable beds for a good nights sleep.
There are 2 reception rooms, the first a quiet, calming room ideal for quiet contemplation, reading a favourite book or planning the rest of your stay. The second reception room is the family room which has a full entertain system with large screen TV, video, DVD and over 100 films for your enjoyment and the main control for the Intercom system is also located here. Entry to the screened pool is via alarmed patio doors making this a very comfortable room with a pool view.
An air-conditioned games room is provided to keep the more energetic members of your party occupied, this comprises of a Play Station 2 with 15 carefully selected games, high quality fuseball table and board games. A small library is also maintained for those times when you just want to relax with a good book.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts a Refridgerator and freezer with ice-maker, range, microwave, dishwasher, waste-disposal and all you need for both inside and outside dining. A separate utility room houses the washer and drier, iron and ironing board.
There is a beautiful formal dining area for those special or romantic meals a second dining area located close to the kitchen and a breakfast bar, in which to enjoy home-cooked or professionally prepared meals and snacks.
The south facing pool is not overlooked to the rear and is fully screened. The ambience created by the two wall fountains along with the planted areas provide a soothing oasis in which to relax and enjoy the pool. Soak up the Florida sunshine on the ample poolside furniture or enjoy a poolside snack and drink as you unwind after hectic days of rides and roller-coasters.
All towels and linens are provide including poolside towels for use at the villa, leaving extra room in your suitcase for your bargains and soveniers.
