Holiday Home Description
Mediterranea is a charming. small apartment at ground floor of a private luxury villa. It is dedicated to our most demanding couples who want to immerse themselves in a romantic and relaxing atmosphere.
It can be reached either passing though the gates and private park of Villa Marigola Mansion, in Via Biaggini, right in front of Venere Azzurra beach, or from the private road departing from the heart of San Terenzo.
Mediterranea has a fenced and protected park enclosed into the one belonging to Villa Marigola.
Once reached the private car parking of the villa, guests can arrive to the apartment following two different paths of the luxuriant and manicured garden of the property.
From garden with private fence, we have access to the property though a bright living room, all made with sliding windows that leave complete view of the garden and the fantastic panorama and can be opened in the warmer season
On this living room open 2 doors: one opening on the romantic double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and the other opening on a small but fully equipped kitchen, with a large stove with 5 fires, a fridge and a freezer.
The whole place has recently gone under complete renovation and everything has been newly and elegantly refurbished. Heating in bedroom, bathroom and leaving room.

Entrance to the 2 rooms is separate and there’s no connection indoor between them. The union of the two parts of the apartment is offered by the elegant porch in white wood with outdoor living room, that has closed windows to be used during the coldest season and refreshing shading tents, useful during the warm season, when windows are kept open.
In front of the apartment guests will always have the magnificent show offered by the garden, with olive and fruit trees and many other, even rare, plants, and by the Poets’ Gulf below that opens everyday to please all guests with really unutterable views.
Under the apartment there’s an equipped BBQ and outdoor oven and the large oval pool 5 x 10 approx.
The swimming pool is shared with owners who rarely use it, anyway.
In the owners garden there’s the chance to meet Filippo, the owners’ funny and friendly golden labrador retriever dog. He welcomes guests and he does not harm, but he's always kept in a separate area of the garden.

It is located in San Terenzo of Lerici, on the way that unites the two charming villages (San Terenzo and Lerici), in the magical and blessed by Nature private park of Villa Marigola and offers hundreds of possibilities for activities and visits, along with hours to be dedicated to quietness and relax.
From property guests can easily reach on foot the villages of San Terenzo and Lerici and their equipped or free beaches; long walks among nature can be taken starting from the villa and even Villa Marigola park is completely open to Mediterranea guests.
Golf players can reach the nearby, Marigola Golf Club, 9 holes where lessons can be offered to less experienced golfers.
At walking distance we have outdoor and indoor swimming pools of Venere Azzurra.
Restaurants and stores only a few minutes on foot.
Welcome basket, linens, final cleanings, private car parking, use of pool, electricity and gas consumption always included in rate.
Weather is always mild in this part of the region, so dear to Romantic Poets and loved by artists coming from all over the world, and, even in winter time, as soon as a sun ray exits to brighten the day, it is pleasant sitting outside in the garden and enjoy the views.
Owner, who leave upstairs, are discreet and respectful of privacy, but, on the other hand, they’ll be happy to assist their guests and offer suggestions for visiting the area and getting the most from this enchanting place.
Amusing cooking classes could be taken outdoors and Pesto making lessons with take the best of inspirations from the enchanting setting offered by this “natural” school.
