Beautiful modern 3 bedroom and 3 en-suite detached villa with sea views, private swimming pool, children’s playground. The villa is newly built and available from June. Saituated about 10 minute walk from Sao Martinho do Porto. Each bedroom has views to the sea and to the surrounding countryside beyond and yet the beach and town are just a lovely walk away. It is also surrounded by interesting and historical places to visit and many other beautiful beaches along the coast including Foz do Arelho which is famous for surfing. The stunning view of the bay can be enjoyed while eating in one of the many bars and restaurants along the seafront. The medieval town of Obidos is 20 mins away and holds many festivals during the summer and winter months including the famous chocolate festival in October.

Bathroom 1 has hydro-bath with large shower area. basin, toilet and bidet.
All bathrooms finished to very high standard and come with full supply of towels.
Bathroom 3 is on ground floor. Hairdryer included.
Kitchen: Kitchen has full range of units which are well stocked with pots, pans, Delph and cutlery, cooker with gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster, microwave, table and chairs.
Utility Room: Utility area comes equipped with all Zanussi appliances, washing machine / dryer, it also has a central vacuum system with hose outlets to many areas in house. Iron board and iron brooms and mops. Hairdryer is also available.
Living Rooms: Large lounge/dining room with l-shaped leather corner sofa unit, coffee table with matching side tables and lamps, dining table and chairs. Samsung flat screen TV, DVD player, satellite TV with stations including BBC, ITV. Free high speed internet.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: The house will be serviced by a management company prior to your arrival and bathroom towels (with the exception of pool towels) and linen are included. Extra cleaning can be arranged on request.
This is a strictly a non smoking house. Garden furniture, 8 seat cube black rattan table and chairs, boom sun shade umbrella, etc. Traditional Portuguese BBQ. Built-in wall lights all round the villa, underwater light in the pool, this is magic at night for a late evening BBQ and drinks or just sit on your own with a glass of lovely Portuguese wine and see the light shining from the Hamlet of Salir do Porto and from behind the lights of the two candle mountains and of course Sao Martinho do Porto. The top bedroom has sea views and at night the lights are amazing as your views are uninterrupted. Baby car seat available for rental, enquire by email or phone while booking villa.
Accessibility
There are no steps into the Villa: the main gate is electric and also one small electric gate with video cameras and remote inside opening. The internal staircase is straight and has uplighter built into the stairs. The villa is within a newly developed complex with large open spaces surrounding. It is very Wheelchair friendly and has a lovely feeling of being in the country as all the area around it is open land with horses grazing and has a feeling of being part of the house.
Outside
Children’s play area: the complex has a very safe secured play ground area with swings and slides. You can see your children playing from the villa. Pool: the area around the pool has been finished with lovely timber decking and large grass area. It comes supplied with sun loungers and cushions. An outside shower and many lights built into the surrounding walls. We had the pool specially designed with the safely of children in mind. Large pool and we had it built to a shallow depth for extra safety in case of non swimmers, approximately 5 foot deep, with cornered steps to allow easy and safe access or just to sit in the water and enjoy a glass of wine and relax. The pool also has built in under water lights. It’s lovely to sit out on the top terrace at night and look at all the lights and surrounding countryside.
