Oliastur Holiday Apartments is a new construction built to high standards offering all necessary comfort to turn your stay into a wonderful memory. The apartment is well conceived so that nothing is missing. Apartments with 2 and 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the others with twin beds. Bathroom, hairdryer and all linen provided. The fully fitted kitchen has all the appliances such as fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, juicer, cofee maker, toaster, kettle and all the necessary kitchen utensils. 32 " HDTV, safe deposit box, iron, ironing board and so on. The linen and towels are changed weekly.

The complex has its own pool and solarium at the top of the building, where you can enjoy the fresh sea breeze in the midday sun or see off the afternoon while you watch the sun sink into the ocean.

The apartment is very close to all services: supermarket, banks, restaurants, bars, bakery, chemist, bus stop and the nearest beach is just to 1 minute walking from the apartment.

Optional services: rent DVD player, Wifi Internet Service, parking, storeroom, rent of beach towels, umbrellas and much more. (on request)

A hire car is recommended.

The building has close circuit video surveillance (CCTV).

El Cotillo Area Information

El Cotillo is a little fishing village located in the north side of Fuerteventura and belongs to the municipality of La Oliva. El Cotillo benefits from all year around sunshine with few cloudy days, very little rainfall and with an average temperature of 22º degrees centigrade ( 71,6ºF).

El Cotillo is far from the overcrowded parts of the area, so you can be sure to spend, even in summer time, a peacefull stay here where the extensive white sandy beaches are never full of people. Although it may be quiet here, it is impossible to be bored.
