The full equipped modern kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice making facilities, toaster and stainless steel oven.
The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen with comfortable seating for 6 people. A large open plan lounge provides spacious seating, LCD television/DVD player with satellite/terrestrial reception available. All windows are fitted with tinted heat reflective glass and, together with air-conditioning throughout, summer comfort is assured.
The villa has a large pool with an extensive sun bathing terrace and BBQ facilities. Discreet hedge and plant screening provides for your privacy. The subtle lighting around the terrace and pool will add enchantment to those warm summer evenings.
A maid service is provided to clean and change linen together with pool cleaning twice a week.

Lefkada Area Information
The stunning island of Lefkada is situated south of Corfu and north of Kefalonia and is the fourth largest island in the Ionian chain. Surrounded by 24 outer islands and clear blue water, Lefkada has some of the finest scenery to be enjoyed anywhere.
Sivota can be found on the southern end of the island and this picturesque village is home to Palm Villas. It is in one of the most sought after areas on the island.
The natural harbour of Sivota is just a few minutes drive from the villas where yachts moor up along the quayside adjacent to the friendly tavernas.
The bustling town of Lefkas is a 30 minute drive, where you will find a variety of shops, boutiques, banks, a pretty paved square with open air cafes and a bustling market square.
Nidri is midway point between Sivota and Lefkas town. Here you will find supermarkets, quayside tavernas, bars and restaurants.
Just 10 minutes drive west of Sivota is the colourful port of Vasiliki where you will find ornately paved streets with an abundance of tavernas all offering al fresco dining.
Continuing through Vasiliki leads to the beautiful beaches of Porto Katsiki, Kathisma, Egremni, Pefkouli and many others along the western shoreline.
There are many boat trips departing from Nidri, visiting the neighbouring islands, where you will be free to explore, swim or simple relax on one of the beautiful beaches. These trips should not be missed.
You can visit the many historic churches and monasteries, art galleries, museums or archaeological sites the island has to offer.
Nidri provides a very lively night life. There are many discos, clubs and bars for the young at heart!
