This is a fantastic detached villa with its own private pool, set in a private enclosed garden. The villa is very large and spacious with plenty of space both inside and out.
It is furnished to a highest standard and is a wonderful place to take a relaxing holiday. The villa is set in a quiet residential area; it has a driveway so there is off road parking. The garage is for the private use of the owner only.
The accommodation is set over 3 floors. On the lower ground floor is a self contained 2 bedroom apartment with its own entrance at the rear of the villa. Both bedrooms have air-con and twin beds. They share a bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity unit with wash hand basin. The spacious living area with comfortable seating area for 5 people and dining table and chairs, also contains the kitchen with hob, microwave, washing machine and own hot water tank.
The ground floor consists of two bedrooms, 1 twin and 1 double both with air-con. They share the spacious family bathroom which has a shower over the bath, WC, bidet and a vanity unit with two wash hand basins. There is a separate kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, oven, hob, and fridge freezer and door to the outside utility area where you will find the washing machine and hot water tank, and stairs down to the pool and garden. There is an open hatch between the kitchen and the living/dining room.
The spacious living room has two patio doors leading to the balcony overlooking the pool, where you can go down to the pool and garden area or go up to the roof terrace where you will find the additional double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room. The living room also has two sofas and a dinning table and chairs for 6 people.
The garden is fully enclosed with a good sized pool. There is a gas BBQ and a pergola area offering some shade for al fresco dining.

La Manga del Mar Menor Area Information
Cabo de Palos a lovely traditional Spanish fishing village
The harbour at the fishing port has wonderful seafood restaurants and a fabulous atmosphere. There is also a lighthouse on a small peninsular extending into the Mediterranean
The beaches are soft and sandy, in places there are small coves, but on the other side of the peninsular they are long and wide
There is a great Chinese restaurant, beach café bars, cocktail bars, and it is a must for The Eve of the Three Kings
The Village Festival takes place in August and there are parades for Easter and Christmas
The village has three supermarkets and a large ceramica shop
Cabo de Palos has a large Sunday Market. Here you can buy leather goods, clothes, olives and pistachio nuts and fantastic fresh fruit and vegetables. After you have exhausted yourselves and your wallet relax and enjoy a lunch on the harbour side. As you would imagine fish is the speciality, sardines and paella are especially good sitting out and watching the boats coming in and out of the harbour.
Treat yourself to a day on the pleasure yacht Sailaway for a truly amazing day out. This lovely old wooden hulled but fully modernised yacht is moored in Cabo de Palos harbour and does day trips in the Med with lunch included.
La Manga strip is a narrow strip of land 18km miles long offers the choice of two seas -the Mar Menor on one side, ideal for watersports, and the Mediterranean, perfect for fishing and underwater exploration. Down 'the strip' you'll find a host of restaurants and bars to choose from and soak up the buzzing nightlife of Plaza Bohemia and Zoco.
The beaches on the Med are long and sandy with beach bars every few hundred yards. The Mar Menor is warm and shallow with tranquil waters and ideal for children and "non" swimmers as the high salt and mineral concentrations of the waters give additional buoyancy. You need to walk about 100yards before the water comes up to your waist.
The Tomas Maestre marina is towards the end of the Strip at around km 13, with over one thousand moorings and a range of bars and restaurants. The marina is beautiful and smart and the yachts are just amazing. The choice of restaurants is great with Greek, French, Spanish, Italian. For those less adventurous there are burger bars as well.
