The kitchen is newly refurbished & has electric oven, combination microwave, fridge/ freezer, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine, ample pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils,dishes etc.Seperate Dining room with table & chairs, SofaBed. Bathroom with separate shower, bath, wc & mirrors. 2 double bedrooms with wardrobe and drawers, reading lamps.Linen included (towels & bed linen but not beach towels). Hairdryer. The single futon is on the large Mezzanine, book case with various books & games& a stair gate. There is a courtyard garden with a terrace for dining, patio table & chairs, barbeque, washing line & off road parking. The bakery, grocery store, Tabac/Sports Bar, post office & hairdressers are just 2mins walk. All set in a delightful farming village close to Fontenay le Comte, in the Vendee. La Rochelle is 35mins drive away.

There is a Single Futon on the Mezzanine that can be moved to one of the other Bedrooms if required. There is a 2 person Sofa Bed in the Dining Room Please note extra linen charged at £8.00 per bed set, please state if required at time of booking.
Notes: There is a Garden Table + parasol, four chairs plus two folding chairs and two foilding sun loungers. Charcoal BBQ Bat/Balls for children
