Poseidon and Athina Villas are perched on a hilltop surrounded by sea and have spectacular views over the Akrotiri Peninsular.
Exquisite night views and the twinkling lights of Chania Bay guarantee you a romantic evening sat by the pool or enjoying a BBQ as the moon shines over the sea.
The spacious villas are built on 16000 sq meters just outside the village of Tersanas.
On entering the villa, you walk straight into the spacious open plan living area. You will find a fully equipped kitchen on the right, which includes top of the range goods.
The main living area enjoys large patio doors which open up to the roomy terrace. Here you can sit and enjoy waching the sea or the children having fun in the pool below.
The open plan living area also includes a dinning room which has seating for up to 8 people. You can catch up on life at home if you choose with the TV or watch a film on the DvD player
Moving downstairs to the ground floor you will find 3 bedrooms (some 2 double bedrooms and 1 with a twin and some with 3 doubles). Tv and DVDs can be found in all bedrooms of the have luxury en- suite facilities. You can enjoy the afternoon sun on your own terrace as all of the bedrooms have private doors out.
On the ground floor you will also find a pleasing indoor garden to enjoy.
The Master bedroom in located on the second floor on its own. It has its own private luxury en-suite facilities and 1 amazing view.
You can lie in bed and relax with a book or just take in the magnificent views.
If you prefer to lounge around outside you can make full use of the comfortable outside furniture, lie by the private pool or sit in the shade…the choice is yours! For the more athletic you can take in a game of Tennis on the private court.
The local beach of Tersanas is located only 10 minute walk down the hill. Tersanas cove has crystal clear waters and is sandy. There is a very good taverna where after a swim you can have a bite to eat or a cold drink. This beach is ideal and very safe for Children to swim in as it’s a cove.
By car there are a further 4 beaches which are only a 5 minute drive from the Villa.
There are plenty of local restaurants to eat in or you can venture the 20 minute drive into Chania and enjoy a meal sat by the Harbour.
