Rentals normally run Saturday to Saturday. Arrival times to the property are between 16.00 - 19.00 hours. Arrivals after 19.00 hours are subject to an out of hours arrival supplement. 2 weeks booking only for Cannes Film Festival: 14th to 25th May.
A security deposit of €1000.00 is charged to a major credit card 3 weeks before arrival, and will be cancelled / refunded in full, less the cost of any damage or breakages.
We normally offer a 15% Discount on all LAST MINUTE bookings, made within 7 days of arrival.
Full payment on all LAST MINUTE bookings must be made in full upon receipt of confirmation of the booking. We welcome LONG LETS, (over 4 weeks) and offer special rates for such bookings during our Low and Mid Season months.
