Oak doors and floors together with exposed beams give an old world charm. There is oil-fired central heating throughout. The kitchen has an oil-fired range cooker, an electric hob, fridge/freezer and walk-in larder. There is a large table in the kitchen area seating 6 comfortably. The living room also has a dining table with seating for 6, a satellite TV, a wood burning stove and sofas for 6. Leading from the living room is a large sunroom with vaulted timber ceiling and wonderful views on all 3 sides.

Further details outdoors:

The house is within its own 4 acre grounds - mostly grass and woodland, all of which is available for guests to use. It lies close to the shore of Lough Melvin; the lane on which the house stands continues to the lake side. There is ample parking for several cars in the driveway close to the house.
