This extensive apartment is situated on the top 2 floors of a 19th Century building, which we believe may have some connection with the French Resistance. Offering a master bedroom with en-suite, along with two further bedrooms set out as a double and a twin there is a family bathroom with bath and shower along with double washbasins to cater for all the guests.
Downstairs, a large lounge and dining room offers plenty of space for up to 6 adults to dine, relax and unwind with room to spare. Flat screen TV with over 100 channels in many languages, along with free wireless broadband and a iPod compatible sound dock should satisfy all your modern requirements. Books and games are also available.
The kitchen is set out for a relaxed stay, with dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob along with all the utensils and crockery we believe you would need to cook a gourmet meal. A small utility off the kitchen holds the washing machine along with iron and ironing board.

Just across the street there is a tree lined car park, which offers short term parking during the day, 8am - 6pm and free overnight and weekend parking.
There are plenty of spots along the street to park in order to drop off the luggage or the shopping and for a secure, cost effective car park, you have a 2 minute walk across to Gambetta, where a weeks parking will cost you 20 euros.

All beds will be made on arrival and a welcome pack provided. Where required, additional groceries and supplies can be provided for the beginning of the rental, at a charge.
For stays of 7 nights or more, a mid rental clean and change of linen is included in the rental price. This will take place on the Friday commencing the second week.
The original stone spiral staircase in the entrance hall may make this apartment unsuitable for very small children and those with mobility restrictions.

A refundable breakages / additional cleaning deposit of £150 / 150€ is required prior to keys being dispatched and will be refunded on receipt of the keys.
This apartment runs a strictly no smoking policy, and evidence of smoking will incur a charge against the deposit.
A 25% booking deposit is required for Cash payments, through either internet banking, cheque or PayPal. The remainder to be paid 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental agreement.
For credit card payments (Pounds Sterling only), payment is required in full at time of booking, with no additional charges levied for the use of this type of payment whilst the rental proceeds. If however there is a cancellation at 56+ days, there will be a charge for the card processing fees associated with the initial transaction.
Deposits and credit card payments are refundable under the following basis:

*** In Instances where the booking has been made by credit card and there is a requirement for a refund 56+ days prior to the rental commencing, the following charges will be incurred to cover the cost of the credit card processing fee:
1 week booking or less - £25
2 week booking or less - £45
For stays of a longer duration, the charges would be confirmed at the time of booking.
Our rental contract states that keys to the apartment will be sent prior to the commencement of the rental.
If this is not possible, eg you are not able to receive them or you are travelling and you require our apartment manager to meet you on arrival, there will be a minimum charge of £30 to be agreed at the time of request.
In the case where a short notice rental takes place, this fee will be agreed at the time of rental.
